Who you are dealing with
I run Coastal Clean myself, so I will normally quote the work, turn up and carry it out. Driveways, patios, paths, gutters and windows are cleaned with professional equipment, and I choose the cleaning method to suit the surface, its condition and the surrounding area.
My standards
- I set out the scope and the total price in writing before any work starts.
- I match the cleaning method to the material, its condition, access and drainage.
- If a stain will not shift or a surface is already damaged, I will explain that beforehand.
