Who you are dealing with
I'm Jake, and I run Coastal Clean myself, so the person who quotes is the person who does the work. Driveways, patios, paths, gutters and windows are cleaned with professional equipment, and I choose the cleaning method to suit the surface, its condition and the surrounding area.
How I work
- I quote in writing before any work starts.
- For windows I use pure water through a water-fed pole, so I'm working from the ground for most windows.
- For gutters I use a gutter vac from the ground and check every gutter with a camera afterwards.
- For driveways and patios I match the method and pressure to the surface, and re-sand block paving where it needs it.
- I'm £5m public liability insured.
My standards
- I set out the scope in writing before any work starts.
- I match the cleaning method to the material, its condition, access and drainage.
- If a stain will not shift or a surface is already damaged, I will explain that beforehand.
