Important to know

  • · Permanent staining such as rust, oil or paint may not lift fully.

Common questions

Do you clean sandstone and porcelain patios?

Yes. Softer and more delicate materials are cleaned at a lower pressure with a gentler method, so the finish is even and the surface is not marked.

Will the patio look brand new afterwards?

It will look considerably cleaner and more even. Cleaning removes dirt, algae and moss; it cannot reverse age, colour loss or existing damage.

Does my patio need re-sanding?

Only if it is sand-jointed block paving, in which case fresh kiln-dried sand is included. Mortar-pointed slabs, sandstone and porcelain do not take jointing sand.
