I work from the ground with a gutter vac, so there's no ladder against your walls and no need to walk on the roof. Afterwards I check the gutter with a camera, so you can see it's clear rather than taking my word for it.
Plenty of homes in and around Deal are older terraces and tall town houses, where the gutters are hard to see from the pavement. If you've noticed water spilling over in heavy rain, damp patches on the wall, or green growing out of the gutter, send me a photo and I'll tell you honestly whether it needs doing.
