With a water-fed pole and pure water I can reach upper-floor windows from the ground on most houses, and the glass dries clear without smears. Frames, sills and doors are cleaned as standard.

Can you reach third-floor windows?
On most houses, yes, with the water-fed pole. I'll confirm when I see the property.
Do you cover Sandgate and Hawkinge?
Yes, along with Cheriton and the rest of Folkestone.

No, as long as I can get to the windows.
Can I just have a one-off clean?
Yes.
