Important to know

· Re-sanding needs dry paving. Where possible I complete it on the day; if the paving is not dry enough, I return on a suitable dry day at no extra charge.
· Cleaning cannot repair sunken, rocking or broken blocks, or a failed sub-base.
· Permanent marks such as oil, rust and paint may not come out fully. If I can see areas where the result may be limited, I'll point them out before I start.

Common questions

Is re-sanding included when you clean a block-paved driveway?

Yes. Replacement kiln-dried jointing sand and the labour to work it into the joints are included in the price you are quoted. Re-sanding needs dry paving — where possible I complete it on the day, and if the paving is not dry enough I return on a suitable dry day at no extra charge.

Will cleaning damage my block paving?

The pressure and method are set for the surface and its condition. Where paving is already loose, sunken or broken, that is pointed out before work starts, because cleaning cannot repair it.

Can you get oil stains out of a driveway?

Some oil, tyre and rust marks lift and some are permanent. If I can see areas where the result may be limited, I'll point them out before I start rather than after.
