Important to know
- · Interior glass is not included.
- · Windows that cannot be reached safely from the ground are excluded and will be flagged before the visit.
- · Scratches, misted double glazing and hard-water marks that have etched the glass cannot be cleaned out.

No. Exterior glass, frames and sills are included; interior glass is not part of the service.
Do I need to be at home?
No, as long as there is clear access to the outside of the property and side gates are unlocked.
Can I have it done regularly?
Yes. One-off or regular visits can be agreed where the property and area are suitable.
