- · Clearing removes blockages only — leaking joints, sagging runs and loose brackets are repairs and are not carried out.

- · Roof cleaning is not currently offered. Render and exterior wall cleaning are available separately, subject to the surface, condition and access being suitable.

No. Clearing removes accessible debris. If a joint leaks, a run has dropped or a bracket is loose, that is pointed out so you can get the right trade in.
Do I need to be at home?
Not usually. Clear access around the outside of the property is the main requirement, and nobody needs to come inside.
Is this the same as cleaning the outside of my gutters?
No. This service removes debris from inside accessible gutters. Cleaning the outside faces of gutters, fascias and soffits is a separate service and can be included in your quote where suitable.
Does gutter cleaning include roof cleaning?
No. Roof cleaning is not currently offered, and gutter clearing does not include repairs or replacement parts.
